He shrugged and snuggled closer.  “I don’t know.  No… I guess not.”

“But you had sex with them anyway?”

“Fin,” he replied, sitting up.  “Do you want to ask me something?”

“I just did.”

“No, you’re skating around what you want to ask.  Are you worried that I’m some oversexed asshole that will stick my dick in anything that moves?”

I sighed.  “No.  I don’t know.  I want to be with you.  I’ve been thinking about it nonstop since earlier.  I want you to be my first, you know?  But then I started thinking about what you said… that you’d been with two other men.  Yet, you never said that you dated them.”

“What difference does it make?” he clipped.

“It just does, Matt.”  I rolled over, turning my back to him.  “I’m fucking crazy about you.”

Matt crawled over my body and lay in front of me, running his fingers through my hair.  “Listen carefully.  Are you listening?”

I nodded.

“Good.  The only reason that I haven’t told you that I fucking love you is because I don’t want you to run away.”

“Matt—”

“But I don’t give a shit.  I love you,” he whispered.  “Honestly, I think I’ve loved you since the day we met.  You love me too… don’t you, Fin?”

“Matt… I—”

“I could tell… at your parents’ house.  Your dad asked about my parents.  You turned to me and I knew.  Please, Fin.  Don’t tell me I misread you.”

I could feel my throat closing as the tears welled in my eyes.  “I’m scared.”

“Baby,” he whispered.  “Tell me anything.  Why are you scared?”

“You’ll leave.”

“Don’t say that.  You don’t know what I’ll do.”

I shuffled out of bed and into the bathroom.  “That’s just it, Matt,” I called from the sink.  I dotted my toothbrush with paste and scrubbed the inside of my mouth.  “I don’t.”

I spit into the sink and rinsed the brush.

He slowly walked toward me, his chest muscles literally flexing with each step.  His arm wrapped around my waist as he rested his chin on my shoulder, looking into the mirror at our reflections.

“My future is with you.  I love you.  Say it back, Fin.”  He kissed my shoulder and ground his erection into my back.

I arched back and turned my head, capturing his lips with mine.  The kiss was almost aggressive as his fingers slipped down the front of my briefs.  He took my dick in his hand and squeezed energetically, rubbing his thumb over the tip.

His tongue lapped slowly inside of my mouth before he pulled away and shifted to the back of my neck.  He stroked me steadily as I hardened in his palm, coaxing whimpers from my throat.  I closed my eyes just as his hand abandoned me, tugging my underwear down my thighs.

“Bend over,” Matt whispered.

“Matt, I’m not sure—”

“I’m not going to fuck you, Fin.  Jesus.  Just bend over.  Trust me.”

I leaned my elbows on the counter as Fin lifted each of my legs, tossing the underwear to the side.  His rough hands slowly spread my cheeks as I felt his tongue brush between them.  “Oh, fuck, Matt.  What are you doing?”

I practically squealed the question when I felt a second lick.  I heard him moan quietly, the sounds of his wet tongue lapping over the tight bundle of nerves.

“Oh my God,” I blurted.  “Fuck.”

His tongue flattened, teasing me with slow strokes.  He moaned again, the vibrations sending sparks over my spine.  I hardened instantly, clutching the sink until I thought it would crumble beneath my fingers.

“Jesus, Matt,” I choked out.

His tongue continued a lazy massage, reminding me of every wet dream I’d ever experienced.  Except this was real.  Matt was real.

“Matt… fuck… I’m… shit… oh God.  Oh fuck.  I… fuck!”

He spun me around and carefully propped me onto the counter.  “Kiss me,” he growled.

My lips latched onto his as he worked his hand between my legs.  I could barely maintain the contact as my orgasm erupted into his jerking fist.  “Fuck,” I mumbled, gritting through my teeth.  “I’m sorry.  I should have told you I was…”

He laughed and kissed me in a long, languid embrace.  “I figured you were close.  You know… with all of the ‘fuck, Matt, oh God!’ and everything,” he teased.

“Shut up, dick.”  I playfully pushed his chest.

He resisted, pulling me in close, inches from my face.  “I love you, Fin MacAuliffe.”

I brushed my lips to his softly before pulling back to face him.  “I love you, too.”

Chapter Five

M
att scratched my back gently, pressing kisses to my skin with his full lips.

“What are we doing?” I mumbled.

“Well,” he whispered, “I’m kissing you and you’re getting ready to kiss me back.”  He shifted his body up and wrapped a large arm around my waist.  “You
are
going to kiss me back, right?”

I twisted around to face him and leaned in, brushing my lips to his.  “We’ve been in this bed since Friday night.”

He laughed lightly and ran his tongue over my top lip.  I couldn’t think straight, my dick hardening with every wet graze.  “No we haven’t.  We’ve eaten many meals in between.”

I rolled my eyes.  “We should get up.  I don’t know… do something.  We go back to school tomorrow.  I haven’t even done laundry.  Don’t you need to go back to your apartment?”

His hand slipped down my back, one palm caressing my behind.  “I have everything I need here.  Do you want me to go home?”

I shook my head.  “No.  You hungry?”

Matt licked the side of my neck with a groan.  “Starving.”

“For
food
, asshole,” I chided, flipping back the covers.

He patted his tight stomach.  “Yes.  Let’s not cook though.  You like Rooster?” he asked, referring to the popular Lafayette Square restaurant.

“I love it.  That black bean crepe?”

“I
mean
it.”  He smiled and pulled on his jeans from the night before.  “Got a t-shirt I can borrow?”

I laughed.  “Nothing that will fit you.  I mean, maybe if you’re into crop tops.”

He dug into his duffle bag and produced a wrinkled Rams t-shirt, stretching it lazily over his torso.  It was a rumpled wreck, but still looked delicious against his toned abdominals.  I yanked a (pressed) t-shirt over my head and covered my legs with John Varvatos’ skinny jeans in a dark shade of red.

“Those pants are making my dick hurt.”  He let out a deep chuckle and swatted me on the backside.

I stilled, flexing from the hard slap.  “Jesus,” I complained.

“I’m sorry.”  Matt wrapped his arms around me and carefully massaged my cheeks.  “Want me to kiss it?”

I grabbed my keys.  “No.  I want coffee first.”

“So, your friends,” I started.  “On Friday night, you said you went to see some friends at the bar.  I haven’t really heard you talk about any of them.”

“I mean, they’re friends from the
bar
, you know?  They’re not like
real
friends.  They aren’t people I would depend on for much of anything.  My list of emergency contacts is pretty limited these days.”

“Who’s on it?” I asked, stirring my coffee.

“You, I guess.”  He laughed.  “No, but that’s not far from the truth.  I have a few people that I talk to from time to time, I suppose, but they are what I call drinking and dancing friends.  We don’t exactly discuss feelings.  I keep to myself mainly.  What about you?”

I shrugged.  “I’m pretty much down to Emily, actually.  Even she acts fickle sometimes.  I mean, unless you count my parents.”

He smiled and looked down at his near-empty plate.  “I love them.  Your dad is amazing.  He’s lived such an intense life.  The travel… the stories.  And your mom too.  All across the world with her modeling career.  She looks just like you, by the way.”

I flushed like I always did when anyone made that comparison.  She was delicate and beautiful and I… looked just like her.  “Yeah.”

“It’s those gorgeous chocolate-colored eyes.”

I looked down and avoided his gaze, suddenly embarrassed by the compliment.  “Thank you,” I mumbled.

You
could be a model, you know.”

I looked back up, nearly choking on a laugh.  “Okay.”

“For those fucking pants, for one.”  He lowered his arm to the side of the table and placed a warm palm on my thigh.  “I’d buy those pants if you were the one modeling them.”

“Is that right?”

“Hmm,” he responded, lifting the coffee to his lips.  He swallowed slowly, lowering the cup and leaning in with a low voice.  “I wanna unzip those pants with my teeth.”

I cleared my throat and motioned for the server.

We took a nap in the late afternoon, Matt’s limbs tangled around mine as we slept.  His body was like a furnace; I welcomed it, as I typically froze in bed.  I could feel him becoming restless, his hands starting to roam over my back anxiously.

I wiggled out from under his grasp and pulled on a new pair of boxer briefs before making my way into the kitchen.

Matt sprung out of bed minutes later, casually (and nakedly) joining me before leaning against the countertop.  His perfect cock was semi-erect, bouncing politely, as he lifted his strong arms into a stretch.  “Hey.”

“Hey.”  I removed the cream from the refrigerator and pulled the carafe from the coffee machine.  I could smell the burnt undertones, having sat for over an hour after the timer had gone off.  Carefully pouring two cups, I handed one to Matt.  “Tell me about your parents.”

“Wow.  That was out of left field.”

“So?”

He shrugged and poured a little milk into the mug.  “Um… my dad is tough.  Blue collar.  I don’t know.  I guess my mom is the same way.  She was a foreman.  Started out as a pipe fitter.”

“What the hell is a pipe fitter?” I asked, lifting the scorched liquid to my lips.

“Uh… she repaired pipe lines, installed fixtures.  I don’t know, really.  Dad started off as a laborer, but he ended up being a supervisor at some point.  I was in high school, maybe, when he got an office job.”

I treaded lightly, careful of my words.  “And Marc?” I questioned.

“Marc?  He followed in their footsteps.  Works at the same mill.  He’s what they call a motor inspector.  Basically, he fixes the equipment.”

“How long’s it been?  You know, since you’ve seen them?”

“Two years, maybe?  Right after Becky left.”  He sipped his coffee thoughtfully.  “I miss them.”

“Tried to contact them?”

Matt placed his coffee cup on the counter and walked back into the bedroom.  “That coffee sucks… and I need underwear,” he teased, slapping his own perfect ass.  “I feel naked.”

“You
are
naked,” I called after him.

“Ah… so that’s why.”  He tugged on a pair of indecent black briefs from his duffle bag and adjusted himself.  “And no… to answer your question.”

“What did I ask?”

“If I’ve contacted them.  They haven’t contacted me, so… I don’t know.”

“Matt,” I whispered.  “You’re gay, you’re not a leper.”

He choked out a brief laugh.  “Tell
them
that.  Two tough-as-nails parents and one hard-ass hetero brother.  Being gay is likely worse than being a leper.  To them, I may as well be dead.”

“Stop it… now.”

“You’re lucky,” he said with a smile.  “Your parents are fag-forward and all that.  Most of us don’t have that luxury.”

“Don’t say that word,” I responded, turning my back to him.

“It’s alright.  I don’t care if people call me a fag.”  He pressed his lips to my back.  “It doesn’t hurt me.”

“It hurts
me
.”  My words barely came out as a whisper.

“Hey,” he replied, slowly turning me to face him.  “I’m sorry.  That was insensitive.”  He put his hands up in defeat, smiling softly.  “Go ahead.  Take a swing.”

I chuffed and gave him a mild blow to the abdominals.  “Don’t say fag.  I’m not a fan of that word.”

Matt leaned in and took my lips in a long kiss.  “I mean it… I am sorry.  I don’t like it either; I’m not really sure why I said it.”

“Because we’re supposed to be tough and not care, but I do.”

“I love you,” he said casually, rubbing my side with his thumb.  The words flowed easily from his throat, but I’d never tire of hearing them.

“What do you want to do tonight?”

“Lie in bed with you.  Watch more movies.”  He began to kiss me everywhere, drifting from my ear to my waist, tugging my skin lightly with his teeth.  “Maybe make love… if I’m lucky.”

“Matt…”

“I know… you’re not ready.”  He dropped to his knees and tugged at the waistband of my briefs.

“No,” I quickly replied, pulling back with a smack to his head.  “It’s learning day.  I want to learn everything about you.  Where you went to school… who your best friend was.  What your greatest fear is.  Favorite ice cream.  Favorite color.  Favorite TV show.  Everything.”

He laughed and stood back up, picking up the coffee from the counter.  “This is terrible, by the way.”  He winked and continued, “Alright.  Uh… I went to Joy Elementary.  My best friend was this kid named Aaron Anderson.  Gay,” he said, cupping his hands around his mouth.  “Tried to kiss me once.”

“Just once?” I teased.

“Well, I
let
him once.”

“Yeah?”  I playfully squeezed one ass cheek, causing him to flex.

“No fair.  Stop that.  If you want ‘learning day,’ that means no groping.”

“My apologies,” I responded sarcastically.  “Please… continue.  Aaron Anderson and the make-out session.”

“I wouldn’t call it making out.  We were in seventh grade and he was asking me if I’d kissed a girl yet.  I told him I had.  It was a lie, but I didn’t want to seem – I don’t know – like I didn’t know what I was doing, you know?  Anyway, he said he hadn’t, but that he didn’t want to embarrass himself.  I told him I’d practice with him.”

I smacked him on the chest.  “You told him you’d
practice
with him?  Perv.”

“Exactly.”  He took a quick sip of his coffee and plopped onto the couch.  Crooking his finger, he gestured me close.  “Come here.”

I curled into him, laying my head on his lap.  He lowered his lips to mine and pressed a wet coffee-scented kiss there.  “Fuck, that’s good,” I mumbled.

“Mmm hmm,” he responded with a smile.  “Anyway, he said that he’d meet me in the woods outside of White Eagle after school.  I waited for almost an hour.  I didn’t think he was going to show, but—”

“He did,” I finished.

“That he did.  The whole kiss took about a minute but I was so fucking hard by the end of those sixty seconds, my dick could have broken off.”  His laugh was hearty and full, a sound I was beginning to love.

“Tongue?” I teased.

“Fuck yeah.”  He lifted his legs and wrapped them around my torso.  “It was pretty hot.”

“Sounds like it.”

“Not as hot as
our
first kiss,” he responded, snuggling into me.  “Describe it to me.”

“You were there.”  I let my finger drift across his chest.  “You describe it to
me
.”

“My hands were shaking so badly when I put my fingers into your pockets.”

“You put them through my belt loops,” I corrected.

“No, they were definitely in your pockets.”

“Matt,” I said, lifting back up.  “They were in my belt loops.  God, how much did you drink that night?”

He pulled me close.  “Not enough.  Okay, okay… so they were in your belt loops.  I was nervous.  Were you?”

I nodded and leaned in, catching his bottom lip between my teeth.  “I’d fantasized about you… in bed… the night before.”

“Yeah?” he murmured into my mouth.  “What did we
do
in this fantasy?”

My lips moved against his as he opened for me, carefully swiping the cavern of my mouth with his tongue before pulling away with a gentle symphony of kisses.

“I dreamt of you kissing me… while you unbuttoned my pants.”

“Uh huh.”  His hand drifted between my legs, carefully prodding over the material of my briefs with a single finger.

“No groping,” I mumbled.  “Your rules.”

“I’m not,” he responded, panting between kisses.  “I’m learning… about your fantasy.”

“We were on my bed… your body crushed against mine.  I could practically feel your hard cock brushing against me.”

“Fuck.”  Matt’s hips ground against mine as I continued.

“You spread my legs with those huge hands…” I whispered with a moan.

“I need to be inside of you, Fin… now… please.”

“God,” I said softly, kissing him with frantic need, “I want to.”

“Bedroom.”

Matt pushed up from the couch and took my hand in his, tugging me with him.  As soon as we hit the mattress, he lowered to his knees and drew my underwear to the floor, sucking me deeply into his throat with a groan.

“Matt,” I choked out, leaning back on my hands as my eyes trained on his shiny black hair.

He pulled back, looking up at me with unconstrained purity.  “You’re so fucking beautiful.  I want you so badly.  Do you want
me
?”
