Alfalfa powder, a source of saponins, is an easy way to bring down cholesterol.

Vitamin C is very important, as it helps to break down plaque.

Take the following supplements in rotation:

* Coenzyme Q10

* Vitamin E

* Magnesium

* Vitamin B complex

* Niacin

* Borage oil or evening primrose oil

* Tocotrienol antioxidants

EXTRA TIP

I believe it is worth looking into chelation therapy as a way of removing plaque.

ATHLETE’S FOOT

Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection of the skin. It’s tough to get rid of, so you have to keep at it. Symptoms include scaling, redness, itching, and cracking of the skin. It can easily be picked up in swimming pools, spas, and public showers.

CAUSES MAY INCLUDE

Localized infection caused by the warm, moist environment inside shoes where fungus can thrive.

People often ignore this condition, but left to its own devices it will tend to get deeper. Follow my plan and you will address the root causes.

EAT/DRINK

Garlic. It contains antimicrobial compounds that can protect your skin from fungal infections. If you’re prone to athlete’s foot or other skin conditions, add one or two cloves of chopped raw garlic to your food daily. And even chuck a clove into your shoes. When you are walking, the garlic will be crushed and enter your bloodstream.

Whole natural foods with plenty of fresh vegetables—these will help to support your immune system in its fight against the fungus.
