Cat’s claw enhances immune function and has antioxidant activity.

Reishi mushroom has anticancer and immune-boosting effects.

Siberian ginseng may help the body to recover from chemotherapy and radiation therapy more quickly.

SUPPLEMENTS

Beta-carotene, buffered vitamin C, vitamin E, and selenium are all antioxidant nutrients that help protect the body against cancer-forming agents.

Vitamin B complex to boost energy levels and aid normal cell function.

Coenzyme Q10. This is produced naturally in the body and improves cellular oxygenation. It also has antioxidant properties and stimulates the immune system.

IP-6, also known as inositol hexaphosphate, has been reported to have anticancer activity.

Vitamin D supplementation may help protect against cancer of the breast, colon, prostate, ovary, lungs, and pancreas.

Salvestrols. These natural plant compounds indirectly target cancer cells and help to destroy them. Cells affected by cancer contain an enzyme called CYP1B1. Salvestrols get converted by this enzyme into chemicals that can kill the diseased cells. Because the CYP1B1 enzyme is not present in healthy cells, salvestrols exert no effects there.

EXTRA TIPS

Opt for organic food whenever possible.

Going vegetarian or vegan is an option to seriously consider, as studies have found that vegetarians are less likely to develop cancer.

Buy natural organic cleaning products, toiletries, and cosmetics instead of chemically based ones.
