AVOID:
Excess animal protein, soft drinks, sugar, salt, tobacco.

INCLUDE:
Oily fish, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, fruits, vegetables, sage tea, ginkgo tea, algae.
AVOID:
Sugar, refined foods, burnt or fried foods, cigarettes, alcohol.
Poor circulation
INCLUDE:
Oily fish, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, berries, cherries, ginkgo biloba, horsetail tea.
AVOID:
Salt, sugar, caffeine, alcohol.
Eye Problems
INCLUDE:
Berries, cherries, carrots, apricots, nectarines, spinach, eggs.
AVOID:
Sugar, refined foods, alcohol, burnt or fried foods, heated fats.
Lifestyle tips
Avoid overeating—this is a major cause of ageing.
Do not eat late at night—have an early supper and if necessary a small snack such as a few soaked almonds or a plain soy yogurt before bed to keep blood sugar stable and aid a full night’s sleep.
