“This is for you babe.” He handed her the rose and Sam nearly weakened at his kiss. She let him in and saw a quizzical look on Lisa’
s face as Jay followed her into the room. He smiled as he saw Lisa and said in his sexiest voice. “Hope I am not intruding.” Lisa poured a glass of wine and handed it to him.
“No, you’re not.” She looked a little more closely, it was the guy from earlier but that wasn’
t why he was familiar.
Lisa looked at her watch, downed her wine in one gulp and said. “I need this for Dutch courage. I
’
m off to my in-laws. Sam darling, I want to know everything tomorrow. See you at the gallery.” Lisa turned to Jay and kissed his cheek. “You look like you belong in a rock band.” He smiled and Sam walked her to the door.
“He is soo damn hot. Tell me everything. OK!” Sam closed the door and walked over to Jay.
He put his arms around her and kissed her passionately. It felt good being in his arms. She could feel him harden and it turned her on.
“Didn’t
want to disturb you this morning, babe.” He kissed her nose and his hands rested on her bum. Sam knew what she wanted to do but it seemed Jay had other ideas.
“Do you like boats?” He asked. Sam loved sailing. “Grab your jacket and let’
s go then.” Sam laughed as she saluted him and grabbed her things.
Jay was a very capable sailor. The yacht sailed out of the marina and Sam felt like she was totally free. This was surreal, almost like she was watching a movie. It didn’t fit that it was her, here on this fantastic boat with a very desirable man. She caught her breath and smiled over at him as he steered the yacht. She could get used to this.
This is what his life was like back in the US, thought Sam, Lots of parties and beautiful girls hanging around, each one hoping for a brief moment alone with him. All of them were very young and very beautiful, with no baggage like a painful separation behind them. She had seen the gossip columns and knew that he had had a bad reputation. Jay was the original bad boy, never faithful to any girl. His break- ups were very public and usually the poor girl found she had been dumped, by the picture of him with a new beauty by his side.
A shiver swept down her spine as she thought of what it would be like to be part of his life. She shook her long hair from side to side, trying to shake off the thoughts that she was having right now. There was no way that she would ever share any part of his life. When Wednesday was over, he would be in Japan performing on stage to thousands of adoring fans and then afterwards he would perform privately for one lucky girl or probably living up to his reputation more than one.
Sam got up and went to sit down at the stern of the yacht and let her arm drape over the cold bar. She put her head back and closed her eyes. This was an image she didn’t want to entertain.
Jay navigated the yacht to a private sandy cove. Sam had her eyes closed as he dropped anchor. He came over to her and planted a kiss on her mouth. Every time he kissed her she was under his spell. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for him.
“You look a vision, sexy,” His accent was so strong and husky. It drove her wild with excitement. Especially when she thought of how he felt when he made love to her. That sent a shiver down her spine.
“This is heaven. However did you find it?” She touched his face gently looking deep into his eyes. His grin was cheeky and that glint had returned to his eyes. Sam knew that she could get lost in them forever.
“Fancy a swim?” She asked suddenly. Jay laughed and stood up. He reached out his hand for hers and pulled her up from her seat. Sam stood up and Jay pulled off her top, and then pulled her close to him and released the clasps of her bra. It slipped off her shoulders and fell to the deck. She stood before him semi naked. And he loved what he saw. She took off her skirt and knickers and stood naked. Jay tore off his tee shirt and pants, took her hand and together they jumped into the sea.
The water was shockingly cold as it chafed their skin. It was a broiling hot day and the salt water felt good.
They frolicked in the sea for a while, Sam teasing Jay and then swimming away. Later, on the yacht they showered together and Jay stood behind her, brushed her auburn hair aside and kissed her neck with soft kisses, using his tongue he traced the line of her neck to her delicate earlobe. Gently nibbling at her ear, Sam caught her breath. She threw her head back and closed her eyes as Jay caressed her breasts and stomach with his hands, all the time she felt him hard against her, moving slowly and purposely. Sam reached behind her and pulled his head closer to her, she desperately needed to feel him pleasure her again.
Jay turned her around to face him and kissed her breasts moving his tongue down her stomach and gently parting her legs he used his tongue expertly inside her thighs and gently moving upwards to where Sam wanted him most. With his tongue, Jay brought her to orgasm.
Sam stretched out the full length of the sofa and was enjoying watching Jay singing in the galley as he prepared dinner. How lucky she was at this moment. She got up and went over to the bar stool and offered to help, but Jay said no it was his pleasure to cook for her. He filled her glass with white wine, crisp Chablis.
“This is so nice here,” Jay was saying. “It’s like my home in the hills.” Sam sipped her wine and listened as he told her of his life in California. He lived on his own in what he described as a cube with a special view. From every window there was a view of the sea and it was so private. Something he valued a lot. He was almost fanatical about his privacy when he was in his own space at home.
Jay had a very bad public bust up with his ex girlfriend and the press had a field day with it. She got pregnant and later there was a very public custody battle that resulted in a paternity test that showed Jay wasn
’
t the father. After that he got busted at a party for cocaine use even though he never touched the stuff at the party.
“I battled with it for years but am happy to say I’
m clean now,” He winked at her. He seemed sincere but somehow Sam knew that as sincere as he appeared he was a rock star and was known to give in to temptation easily.
“That’
s my life in a nutshell,” He was dividing pasta into bowls and covering it with a rich sauce. Jay took the two bowls over to the table; Sam brought the glasses and the wine.
Over dinner they talked more about Jay
’
s life and how Glam Metal was still very popular having being on the road for almost twenty years. He teased her about her crush on him. Sam laughed.
“You were cute then,” she teased. “And you took my heart every time you played a solo on your guitar.” She raised her glass to her lips and took a sip. Her lips were wet and she looking him full in the eyes seductively licked them.
“Oh man, you are one hell of a sexy woman!” Jay said. Sam blushed and lowered her eyes. He paid her so many compliments and he seemed to mean them. She had never had any compliments from Dan, even when they were dating.
She loved his accent. Sam knew that even though they had only been together a few days, if she spent much more time with him then she would fall for him and she didn’t think that she could cope with that.
It was almost dark when they pulled into the marina. It had been a glorious day and she had had a great time. Jay was great fun and he had a deliciously wicked sense of humour that Sam grew to love the more she got to know him.
“Darlin, do ya mind if we meet the guys tonight?” There was something pleading in the way that he asked. She smiled and took his hand as they walked. Jay put his arm around her and held her close. Only in private did he remove the sunglasses. Sam felt sure it was because he didn’t
want to be recognized. They made him look very sexy and mysterious.
“Are you sure you want me to come along?” She asked hesitantly. She wanted to spend as much time with him as she could, but she wasn’
t sure how much he told the band about where he was and who he was doing it with.
“Hey, don’
t you think I
’
m still cute?” He pulled her close. Sam laughed. She couldn’t tell him just how cute she thought he was.
Sam changed into a casual pants and shirt and fixed up her makeup. Jay was stretched out full on the sofa when she came back into the room. He whistled as she came closer. Her heart missed a beat.
The band was sitting in a dark corner of the hotel lounge when Jay and Sam arrived. Now that she knew who they were, she couldn’t believe how she hadn’t recognized them.
When they got closer, the guys greeted them, and one by one they kissed Sam on the cheek. She wondered what Jay had told them about her or if he told them anything. A waiter came over to Jay and he ordered a water and wine. Nick turned to Sam and asked:
“Had a good weekend? We enjoyed you’
re gallery the other night.” She smiled and felt herself blush as she remembered what she did over the weekend. Were Jay and Nick still very close? She remembered reading, when she was younger that they once had four girls between them in their tour bus. At the time she wasn
’
t sure if she believed it or not.
Steve was teasing Jay about where he got to last night as the waiter brought their drinks, Pete said to Steve:
“Dude, can’
t you see the dark rings?”
“Better than red ones though, huh guys?” Jay cut in and they fell about the place. He took Sam’
s hand and held it. This surprised her because it was so natural.
At the bar there were a few guys staring over at them. They were shaking their heads in disgust. Sam knew they were thinking that they were loud-mouthed tourists. She doubted they knew that they were in a band. Perhaps if they did, they probably would provoke them into something unpleasant.
“Hey Jay, Tammy call you today man?” Steve asked. Jay said no. Pete said:
“We’
re shooting the video on Tuesday. We fly out tomorrow dude!” Jay laughed.
“Cool. Who’
d we get?” Nick told him it was the hot shot director from LA that they wanted and they got some porn models too.
It was like a slap in the face to Sam. Tonight would be her last night with Jay. She stood up and excused herself. When she was out of earshot Jay said:
“Guys cut it out,” Jay said as he watched Sam disappear around the corner to the ladies room. Nick laughed.
“Are you bangin her Jay?” There was a roar of laughter from the others. “She’s a high class groupie man. Can I do her tonight? We could use footage of it in the video.” Jay looked at him and laughed.
“Not this one.” No, she was different to the others. She wasn’
t a groupie and despite the fact that he had fucked her brains out like she was one. When he made love to her, she touched something deep inside him. He called the waiter and ordered another round.
In the bathroom mirror, Sam looked at her reflection, and despite her being thirty four years old she looked so much younger. Her long dark auburn hair was her best asset and her green eyes were dazzling. She knew she was beautiful but just recently her confidence had taken a battering.
