Lunar Mates Book Nine
Loribelle Hunt
Two wolves. One mate. A secret so big it will stun the werewolf world.
Gage Rylon has a secret. He’s the heir of the last Regis, the king of werewolves, but more than that, his father was leader of the Society of Rogues and murdered his own mate, Gage’s mother.
Orphaned and separated from his twin Gideon at the age of thirteen, Gage is finally reunited with his brother. But as it turns out, they’ve both set out to claim the same mate.
Marilyn Sanders has no intention of taking one mate, much less two. Throw in the fact that one of them is the Regis and she’s even more determined to keep her distance. If only they weren’t so damned irresistible. As if the dominant, overbearing Alpha would allow her to resist.
But there is something more dangerous than two mates lurking in the shadows. As Gage makes his identity known to the werewolf world, he comes under threat from those who won’t return to central rule. Worse, the new leader of the Society wants him eliminated…

Two Wild Wolves
Wild Nights Book Two
Lilly Morgan
All is not right at the Wild Night Ball, the biggest gathering of werewolf packs in North America. As always, there is plenty of lust and politics, power and sex, but this year is different. This year Lucas Chase, the corrupt alpha of the Denver pack, is looking to change everything forever.
Dead in his sights is Ashley MacDonald, the fun-loving, middle-ranking werewolf from the Miami pack, who wants nothing more than to hook up with the sexy cowboy Colton Winter for a night of dancing…and hopefully much, much more. But when Colton races up to the mansion and demands she come with him, her night goes sideways fast. Ashley and other Miami wolves are in danger of being taken hostage in Denver’s power-grab. She’ll have to think fast and move faster if she’s to have any hope of stopping the attack.
Now it’s up to Colton, a lone wolf from Colorado with secrets of his own, to protect her from the pack that once exiled him. But what’s worth more? Getting even with Denver? Preventing their coup? Or keeping Ashley safe when she’s determined to protect her friends?
CHAPTER ONE
Ashley MacDonald knew that if you sat long enough on stone steps sooner or later your butt would fall asleep. Didn’t matter if the steps were granite, cement, or pristine veined marble, eventually there came numbness, pinprick tingles, and then snoozing butt cheeks. Now that she sat here pondering the situation like an idiot, she noted that her butt was
cold
too. How had a night filled with so much romantic potential ended up crashing to such a pathetic end?
Well, the first sign had been when she’d searched everywhere for Colton Winter and had found no trace of him.
She shook her head and levered herself to her feet, careful on her high heels because stairs and heels could be a dangerous combination, especially with champagne tossed into the mix. So far this had been a fine way to spend her night at the prestigious Wild Night Ball, moping over a no show from her lone wolf out west. She was such fool anyway. Because, by definition, Colton was a
lone wolf
and shunned the big fancy gatherings of the packs. Her hope that he’d come here for her…just for
her
sake, had been naïve and stupid. Although, maybe the universe gave pity points for enthusiastic optimism. If so, she’d just won that contest, paws down.
She wore her best dress, one that cost far too much for a cocktail waitress living on the unpredictably fluctuating income of tips plus minimum wage. It was a strapless A-line evening gown, deep blue with a few elegant black swirly-swirl embellishments that made her feel as if she were wrapped in magic. Her friend Sally, a hairdresser only a year out of beauty school, had done a spectacular job on her hair. She’d done miracle work with highlights that made Ashley’s blonde tresses appear especially spectacular in ways that caught the golden light, and her friend had somehow managed to get Ashley’s hair arranged in effortless layers that complimented the shape of her face. Perfect hair had always given her self-esteem a little boot in the pants.
Of course, it didn’t matter how beautiful her dress might be, or how gorgeous she felt, because she still sat alone in front of the Brightwood Manse. She hadn’t the heart to watch the other revelers shift into wolves and lose themselves in the passion and heat and shameless abandon of the Wild Run. A twisted twine ball of disappointment and melancholy rolled around in her chest. As it rolled, it unraveled inside her, unwinding its misery. Watching the other people gathered here from packs all across America link up to mate and hunt, to worship the night and nature, would’ve been too much to take. Sad little Ashley wolf making sad little wolf pup eyes at them. Blah.
So instead she’d gone to the front of the mansion, away from the swath of forest where the Wild Run would take place. She’d brought a flute of champagne along so she’d have something to do other than pondering why she’d ever believed Colton Winter would show his tail at this party.
The Wild Night Ball was the premiere shindig for all the packs—a gathering of politics and love and power—so why had she ever believed Colton would show? He was the opposite of all of that. He even
looked
the opposite of all of that, with the jagged white scar along his jaw, stark against the dark scruff that usually covered his face. And those scuffed up cowboy boots. God, that always melted her: a good, worn-down pair of cowboy boots. Oh, and faded blue jeans. They had to be tight, enough to show off some man meat, and by that she meant thigh muscles and ass cheeks, not anything else, though anything else was also very interesting. But she was getting distracted, because what she was trying to say was that she liked the working-cowboy-style, all rough edges and dust, rather than that model pretty-boy stuff. Colton fit her ideal to a T. Who could blame a she-wolf for a little drool, really?
