hut but not kill it. Andres killed the brute The son that is behind
the squad shot at Gary, almost killing him, the son that killed
Maire also shot at Gary but miss, the heavy shot at James almost
killing him. “God damnit. This is not good.” Gary told himself as
he cries in pain. James also cries in pain.

Maizah shot at the heavy, does not kill
it. “Demon.” She told herself as she freaks out, blindly fires at
the son that killed Maire, miss.

Soto fire another rocket at the son
that is behind the squad, it still does not die. “You have got to
be kidding me? What will it take to kill this guy?”

James fire at that son, miss. Gary
kills the heavy. Andres fire at the son that killed Maire, miss.
The son that is behind the saudade killed James. Maizah is to
scared to move and starts to say words in her native tongue. Soto
shot st the son that killed Maire, kills it. Gary heals himself.
“Sorry everyone, but I have to do this. This goes against all of my
moral standards but I won’t let you down.”

Andres killed the son that killed
James, two more heavy elites appear. “I don’t think we can kill
them all!” Andres told everyone through headset. “Soto I think we
should pull back!”

Nonsense Andres!” Soto told
him. “We keep fighting till the last breath leaves our body, war is
not won by those who quit!”

Andres just mumble words to himself.
“War is also not won by having dead soldiers.”

Maizah fire at one but miss. Soto has
to reload. While he reloads he continue to talk to Andres. “Don’t
worry, we will pull through this. James and Maires death will not
go down in vain!”

Gary shot at the one that Maizah shot
at, hit but light damage. Andres shot at the same elite heavy, hit
but not kill. The two heavies swap places, both shot at Gary, one
miss while the other one almost kills him. “Fuck!” Gary says in
pain. Thank god I healed myself.” Gary told himself as he place his
hand over his wound to feel his blood coming out. “No more health
kits, I need to keep going, if it is going to kill me. Kato, if I
die, be strong, I love you.”

Maizah shot at the same one again, hit
but not kill. Andres shot at the elite heavy, miss. Soto kills the
elite heavy. “Gary! retreat. We need you alive for later mission.
Even if we die, you can live on and save more lives!” As much as
Gary did not want to fall back, he was in too much pain to continue
so he did.

The elite heavy shot at Maizah but
miss, she has to reload. “I’m under fire over here!”

Soto moves next to Maizah, fire at the
elite heavy, hit. “Hey there.” Soto said to Maizah with a smile and
giving her a small kiss. “That seems to be the thing now a days
when you know you are about to die.”

Andres has to reload. “I’m reloading
everyone!”

Soto let out a small sigh. “I’ll see
you on the other side Maziah.” The elite heavy shot at Soto, miss.
Soto was in shock that he was still alive.

Maizah gave Soto another kiss. “That’s
the kiss you give when you know you are going to live.” Maziah
moves forward to get a better shot, miss.

Soto fire at the elite heavy, hit but
light damage.

Andres shot at elite heavy, miss, the
elite heavy shot at Soto, miss. Maziah comes from the behind, and
stab the elite heavy in the back with her machete. Once he dies the
battle was over. Everyone was in pain and was bloody when the
battle was over.

Gary is wounded for seven days, Maizah
is also wounded for seven days, she becomes a lieutenant. So does
Gary and Soto.

Soto was outside Sic-Mad when Kato came
by. “It’s was that bad?” She ask her brother in a calm
voice.

Soto let out a small sigh. “It’s the
worst I have ever been in. Your fiance is strong Kato. He was close
to death more than once. Maire also put up a good fight but could
not hold through. James may still had been alive if I did not fire
that rocket at the son where James got hit for being near the blast
radius.”

“
It’s not your fault. I am
sure you did all that you could.”

Soto let out a small sigh. “It felt
like it was my fault. When Gary comes out of Sic-Mad could you
promise me one thing? Will you marry him already?” Kato was taken
by shock at what her brother was asking from her. “I know it’s a
lot and everything but he nearly died out there. I don;t know how
much longer he has to live the more he goes out in the field. The
same goes for you Kato. I did not like this battle. Not one little
bit. This was the worst that we had done in a while. Which only
means the enemy is getting stronger.”

In the War Room the Council was talking
to Commander. “We are sorry for the lost of your two soldiers
Commander. However we are grateful that you were able to control
the communication tower and to finally shot down the aircraft that
has been giving you such a hard time. However the length of time it
took you to get that far was unimpressive. We are giving you a C
for this month report. We expect you to do better next time
Commander.”

Mission 35 Red Wedding

Seven days went by without another
attack. Maziah was able to leave Sic-Mad however Gary still was
resting. The doctors said that he will be able to leave later on
the night. Kato was standing outside of Sic-Mad, worry about him.
Sandra came to her side. “Isn't this the day he gets to leave?”
Sandra ask.

Kato gave Sandra a answer in a soft
tone. “Yea, but he is still sleeping. They will let him go when he
wakes up. I also don’t want to disturb him.”

Sandra let out a small sigh. “Soto told
me everything. He put up one hell of a fight. They all did. It’s
amazing that not more died.”

“
I know.” Kato told Sandra
in the same tone.

“
Everyone values Gary’s
life. Kato. That is something you should be proud of. Soto told
Gary to get back to safety, just in case if everyone else dies, at
least he can live on to save others. Gary is very important to our
lives. Just like Sara, Anna, there truly is not another soldier
like him that are still around.”

“
I know, that’s why I am
going to marry him when he wakes up.”

“
Is that so?” Sandra said
with a bit of shock.

“
I don’t want to wait
anymore. One of these days Gary and I will no longer be together. I
would rather die as Miss. Gary then Miss. Kato.”

“
I forgot the military call
everyone by their last names. Well, mostly everyone anyway. Our
organization is weird. What is Gary’s first name
anyway?”

“
Roman, Roman Gary.” Kato
said proudly.

Sandra just gave a little smile and
gave Kato a pat on her back. “I wish the two of you the best of
luck. I am sure he will agree, and when he does, how about
tonight?”

“
Tonight?”

“
I’ll talk to Commander, I
think after all this death, this place could use some
love.”

Kato let out a slight smile. “Thank you
Sandra, for everything.” There was a moment of silence when both of
their pagers went off.

Sandra gave a little moan out of
annoyance. “I’ll try to find Adam. He has not been doing anything
for a while, he will talk to Commander about creating a wedding.”
Sandra rushes off to find Adam. Kato was left with only a smile on
her face as she went to her barracks to grab her gear.

When Kato got on the aircraft and it
took off, Sandra stood up on the plane to make an announcement.
“Alright everyone, I have a special announcement to make. There is
going to be a wedding when we get back, and guess who is it going
to be?” She says with a smile. Martine raise his hand. “Yes
Martine?”

“
Are you and Mandisa finally
going to get marry?”

Sandra sunk her head down from the
stupidity of Martine’s joke. “Kato and Gary, the only couple that
are engage on B.A.S.E is going to get marry when we get back. Try
not to die, or get hurt to bad. If you have a suit make sure to
wear it, and the ladies will find a dress.”

“
I don’t have a dress.”
Katrina told Sandra without looking at her.

Sandra gave Katrina a look for a little
while then had the most creepiest smile. “Don’t you worry about
that. Sara has been thinking what you may look like in a dress for
a while now.”

Juan also came into the conversation.
“So this wedding? There is going to be food right?”

Sandra just gave Juan a blank stare.
“You two are just asking for me to throw you out this plane right
about now.”

Martine chuckle a bit. “We got
parachutes, we’ll be ok.”

“
Not unless I poke hole in
them first.” Sandra told him with a snicker.

When they land. A tank and a two drones
appear, everyone pick their targets, both the tank and a drone got
destroy. “Not bad.” Sandra says with joy. “Perhaps we can get this
done and over with faster then I thought.” Sandra moves ahead to
find three more sons comes out of the side door that the tank was
in. Sandra shot at one son, it try to ran away but Sandra still hit
it.

Juan moves forward, killed the last
drone. Katrina shot at one son twice, does not kill it. The son
that Katrina hit, toss a grenade, hit both Sandra and Kato, blowing
up Kato’s cover. “God damnit!” She told herself as she runs to
cover.

Sandra shot at the son that toss the
grenade, kills it. “That’s what you get for being a bitch.” Sandra
told the dead son.

Juan moves forward, found the heavy
elites. “I was wondering when it was going to get harder.” Juan
told himself.

Martine runs up ahead a little, toss a
grenade, hurting the two sons. Katrina killed one of them. The
other son toss a grenade, hurting both Kato and Martine, Kato is
not feeling so well. “Hey Kato, you all right?” Martine ask as he
was by her side.

“
Yeah, just dizzy from all
of these explosions. I’m going to fall back for a little
bit.”

Katrina killed that son. Juan enter the
fallen aircraft, they all did shortly afterwards. “You going to be
all right Kato? Don’t want the bride to have a bloody dress.” Juan
ask.

“
I’ll be fine Juan, just a
bit dizzy that’s all.” Kato told him as she felt the baby
kick.

Juan open a door, found a hidden elite
heavy. Sandra move up to cover, fire at the elite heavy that Juan
fire at, miss, because he ran away. Mandisa move up to cover, fire
at the elite heavy, hit. Martine toss a grenade at the same elite
heavy, hurting him and destroying his cover. Katrina kills that
elite heavy. Then shot at the other elite heavy, hit it but not
kill it. The elite heavy that Katrina hit shot at Sandra but miss,
the other elite heavy shot at Martine but miss. Sandra shot at the
elite heavy that hit her but it ran away. Martine fire at the elite
heavy that shot at him, hit no kill, Katrina fire at same target,
hit no kill. The elite heavy shot back at Sandra, still miss. She
shot fire back at the elite heavy but it still runs away. Juan fire
at elite heavy, miss. Mandisa killed her elite heavy. Katrina
killed Sandra's elite heavy.

Inside the big aircraft there was three
different pathways to take. “All right, Mandisa, you and Martine
take the right path. Kato, I don’t want you and your dizzy head to
leave my sight. Juan keep an eye on her, we are going to take the
left path. Katrina, go through the middle. Stay close.”

The whole team found no more sons,
until they reach the main door. “Alright everyone, make sure your
gun is loaded. Breach on my mark, anyone inside is a hostel, do not
hesitate to shoot, ready. Mark.” Sandra opens the door, first floor
clear. Juan goes down stairs, found another leader of the Sons and
a elite heavy. The elite heavy run but Sandra got a shot and hit
him first. Juan fire at elite heavy. Mandisa kills the elite heavy.
“Its over!” Sandra told the leader.

The leader just chuckle a bit. “I don’t
think you know just how wrong you are Sandra.”

“
How do you know my
name?”

I know all of your names.
Our plan is fast in motion. After today you will die knowing that
one person that you love so much and trust is going to die.” The
son says with laughter.

Martine roll his eyes. “How about we
stop the talking and start with the killing!” Martine fires a RPG
at the leader, but he reflects the rocket. Sent it back and hurting
him. “MARTINE!” Sadnra rush over to him to see if he was all right.
“How was that even possible?”

The leader just smile. “There is more
to the unknown than what you think Sandra. The ones that you love
are going to die, you can’t save them!”

“
I think I just had enough
with your bullshit!” Sandra fire at the leader. Mandisa fire at the
leader

Martine slowly got back up, fire
another RPG at the leader, does not kill him. Fires another one,
still does not kill him. Mandisa fire at the leader, miss. Kato
fire her pistol, miss. Katrina was trying to get a good aim when
Juan came out of no where with a knife and grab Kato’s neck. “WHAT
THE FUCK!?” Kato screams out.

“
Give Gary my best regards.”
Juan said in a calm voice. Before Juan could kill Kato, Katrina
kill Juan with a headshot from the behind.
