My Hustler’s Keeper

SINCERE

Another two weeks go by and still no word from Rayla. I am at the end of the road and still didn’t plan my grandmother’s funeral. This shit is starting to become too much.

“Man, the fucked up part about this situation is I was on my way over there but got sidetracked. I should’ve just gone straight there.” Trying to keep his composure, Daniel fights hard to stop his tears from forming.

“Stop blaming yourself,” I tell him.

Just as he is about to speak a call comes through on my phone. The sound of bells rings out, letting me know it is a blocked caller.

“This better be something worth listening to!” I yell, answering the private caller.

“Leave the money in a black garbage bag inside the green dumpster behind your boss’s church. And put the dope into a duffle bag, and place it inside the other dumpster. Follow these instructs and you’ll have the girl back before the night’s over with. But if yo—”

“Say no more,” I say, hanging up, cutting the caller off.

“What he say?” Daniel asks.

“Grab the money,” I tell him while grabbing the two duffel bags that contain ten bricks each, enough to make a nigga do dirty time.

“Yo ma, I’ll be back,” I yell out, to Harmony just as Daniel opens the front door.

“Okay, be safe. Love you,” she hollers back.

“Love you more.”

Closing the front door, we proceed towards Daniel’s car.

“We have to get Rayla back first. Then we worry about who’s behind this whole scheme,” I explain to him while closing the car door.

“I was thinking the same thing,” he replies, driving away.

“Then it’s a deal. No bodies until we have Rayla.”

Pulling up in front of Joe’s church we make sure the coast is clear before stepping out and going towards the back way. Dropping the duffle bags into the dumpster, I look over at Daniel as he does the same thing with the money.

“So what now?” he asks, closing the dumpster’s lid.

“We go home and wait,” I tell him, walking back towards the car.

Three hours later my phone ringer goes off again.

“Spit.”

“That wasn’t enough. You have less then seventy-two hours to double what you just sent me or home girl’s body parts will be mailed to you First Class.” Without saying another word the caller hangs up.

“Fuck!” I yell, slamming the phone shut.

“What they say baby?” Harmony asks.

“Nothing I can’t handle. Don’t wait up ma. C’mon, D, we’re gone.” Grabbing my Glock from off the table, I make my way towards the front door.

“What the fuck these niggas playing cat and mouse?” Daniel asks once we’re inside his Dodge.

“I don’t know man. But this shit ends today. Drive to Judge Thomason’s house. He owes me a favor.”

“What’s up with your peoples? I thought they were going to help?” he asks, putting the pedal to the metal.

“This my sister. I got this. But if I need them I’ll give Honor a call.” Lighting my Blunt, I rest my head back.

“You want me to give you what?” Thomason asks, like he didn’t hear me the first fucking time.

“Right about now repeating myself is out the question. You heard me when I said it a few minutes ago.”

“Sincere, that’s a lot you’re asking for. And I just gave you some. I have a stash just for me for my rainy days.”

“If it was somebody in your family, I’d hand it over to you without thinking twice. Only reason why I’m coming to you is because my father always told me if I’m in trouble come to you, before him and my mother vanished. You say you got some stashed for a rainy day, well Judge, it’s pouring outside.”

“I want ten percent of your next sales. And I want you to do something for me,” he explains, standing up and walking over towards his hall closet. Inside he takes out five plastic bags.

“Say no more.”

“Nice talking to you guys, now leave my house,” he says, dropping the last one the floor.

“Nice talking to you too Judge,” I reply, taking the first three bags and leaving the other two for Daniel to take.

“I might have a job for you two in a few days. I’ll know by the end of this week,” Judge informs us as he opens the front door of his house.

“You know my number. Just hit my line when you’re ready. And if you don’t hear from me hit Daniel’s line,” I reply back, walking out and opening the car door.

“I’ll be hitting both of yours lines in a few days,” he says before slamming his front door.

Pulling up on 111th we make our way towards the church’s alley. Parking the car, we drop the five bags into the same spot as the last ones.

“Pretty soon I’m taking matters into my own hands,” Daniel says, walking back towards his ride.

“I’m on the same page as you bro. Plus I’m tired of playing by these niggas’ rules anyway. All this shit we just fronted in less than twenty-four hours and not a body to show for it. Now I’ll be damned if I let myself lose money this fucking easy.” Getting into Daniel’s Dodge we drive back to my place.

Later that night as I held Harmony in my arms my house phone went off.

“Speak.”

Dead silence.

“You’re just going to breath on my line?” I yell, causing Harmony to jump.

Still silence, then the dial tone. These bitches are on some other shit and I am not feeling it one bit.

“Fuck!” I yell out, slamming the phone back on its receiver.

“Baby, please stop. I hate it when you yell,” Harmony says, looking me in the eyes, damn near on the verge of crying.

“I hate it too ma,” I tell her, caressing her lovely cheeks.

“I’m just stressed out, that’s all.”

“I got a way to fix that one problem of yours.”

Without waiting on me to respond, she slides her body down to the edge of the bed. Removing my dick from its hiding spot, her hand strokes it softly but firmly. Knowing Harmony is about to deliver some dangerous head, I close my eyes and take in a deep breath. Feeling her mouth cave around my dick causes my toes to curl.

“Harmony,” I find myself whispering.

She responds by downing as much as she can while messaging my balls at the same time.  I grab her hair and soon after that I release down her warm throat.

“Damn, I’m the shit. I got you cumming this quick,” she says, laughing and positioning herself on top of me.

I laugh.

“Baby, I think I’m beating records around here.”

“Only one way to find out,” I reply back, kissing her on the lips while taking her bra off.

“What way is that?” she asks, biting on my neck.

“You’ll see.”

For the rest of the night I bang into Harmony’s wet pussy, loving the feeling and sounds we are creating. Sounds like music to my ears. It is my black out from thinking about Rayla.

RAYLA

Granny never told me there’d be days like this. And if she did I would have never believed her. In all my nineteen years on this earth, I never pictured myself in this situation. This is some shit I’d watch on movies or hear about on the news.

But never in my wildest dreams, would I have imaged I, Rayla Shine Knight, daughter of the infamous Bonnie and Clyde of the 1990s, Sincere and Rayla Knight, sister of the most well-known ‘
kill a nigga just for looking at you wrong’
Sincere Knight, and girlfriend of the sweetest on the inside, yet hard on the out Daniel Johnson, would be in this situation. Shit, I was born into this ratty ass life style. I never asked to be apart of it.

I mean, I’d understand if I was being held by some people I didn’t know; then maybe I’d be worried. But by Joe, this some bull.  This is the same dude I remember my father’s friend Tone taking under his wing. The same one who’s church my granny and I used to attend when Sincere was gone off to college. And not to mention, if it wasn’t for my brother, his children, and my boyfriend, his fake empire would have been failed. And the same one I considered my own flesh and blood. He got a lot of fucking nerve taking me and killing my grandma.

Then there’s Mary’s brother Malik. He reminds me of Holiday Heart but swears he’s not taking more dicks than the law allow. Shit is crazy! I wouldn’t be surprised if Joe was his lover too. Hell, there’s no way a man as big as Malik is going to let another man slap him around. Not unless you’re scared of him or his bitch. Not to mention poor Mary. Joe has her wrapped around his finger. I’m sure she knows if and when he digs into his nose. But whatever the case may be I’m not going to continue to be a sex tool, punching bag, or victim of Joe’s abuse.

I have to find away out this jam and fast. I know Joe will be back. He always comes back during the night, confessing his sins to me as he pumps his musty body over me.

Looking around the room, my eyes come across some old rusty scissors. A clown smile creeps across my face. Dragging my body towards the table which they are laid out on I use my feet to get the scissors. I slowly begin to cut the duct tape from around my hands and mouth. Joe must have been gone from the pussy. Normally he’d tie me up. But after him sneaking in last night, I take it he forgot to tie me back up. God must have been hearing my prayers because he forgot to take his basement keys as well.

“Stupid motherfucker,” I say, out loud once my mouth is free.

I am hype as I am running up the stairs to unlock the door. As I begin to do so, I hear footsteps coming closer.

“Fuck!” I scream. “Think Rayla think.” I start to panic.

“You know he’s here to fuck. Do what you have to do in order to survive this madness. Then leave.” My thoughts speak to me, and I listen.

I start to rush and put everything back in its place, including myself. I place a new line of tape over my hands and mouth, in record time just as Joe is coming down the stairs.

“You missed me baby?” he asks, taking the tape off and trying to kiss me.

“Go to hell Joe.”

“You first,” he smiles, and says. “But what’s up with the attitude? Daddy ain’t do shit to deserve all this negativity.”

“My daddy died years ago.”

“You sure about that?” he smirks.

“Joe, if you’re going to kill me, do so. I’d rather die then to continue hearing you speak.”

“Look Rayla, I’ma keep it real with you. I never wanted you. It was all Mary’s idea.”

“So do us both the favor and let me go.”

“Can’t do that,” he says.

“Why not?”

“Cause if I do let you go I’ll be dead. You know who’s behind all this. You might tell your brother.”

“Joe, I just wanna go home. I swear I’m not going to tell. Please, just let me go home.”

“You lying bitch. Stop lying!” he screams.

Before I can assure him that I’m not. His hands are coming down hard across my face. A slap turns into some mighty punches. He then starts to rip my clothes off of me.

“Noooooo!” I yell, knowing what he is up to. “Please Joe, don’t do this.”

“Bitch, shut the fuck up!” he screams. Grabbing on my hips, I feel him enter me in one fast motion.

“Joe stop,” I beg him.

“Shut the fuck up.” He starts choking me.

Where the fuck are those scissors?
I wonder.

“Shut the fuck up and take this dick,” he yells, tearing deeper inside of my body.

“Moan bitch!” he yells, choking me harder.

Words can’t come out. My life depends on it, yet I can’t force any to form and depart from my voice box.

“Say you love this dick.”

“I love this dick!” I yell out, while crying.

My eyes scan the room for the scissors. I have to get my hands on those scissors. I need to find them. Where the fuck where they?

Bingo
, I think as I spot them.
Nigga, you’re going to die today
, is the only thought that runs through my mind like water.

Flipping him over and getting on top, I begin to fuck him back. Closing my eyes, I start riding as if I am showcasing for a porn flick.

“Fuck me harder,” I find myself saying.

“Damn, I knew you had some good pussy, but I never would have thought it was going to be this good,” Joe says.

“Say you love this pussy,” I say, slapping him and squeezing my pussy muscle tighter.

“I love this pussy baby.”

“Well close your eyes and enjoy the ride.”

“That’s what I’m talking about,” he replies back, doing as I instructed.

“Now I’m about show you how a pro works,” I whisper, trying to get it out sexually from my voice box and into his ear.

Pulling his jeans down, I come across his gun. My eyes grow wide as I am about to have him meet his maker.

“Say you love this pussy Joe,” I say, while moving the gun closer towards me.
