I pull up to the bar and park at the back beside Max, walking around the side I see a BMW parked in Bailey's spot, wonder who owns that. I walk into the bar seeing Max bored out of his mind "You ok bro?" he groans "Fuck Knox this place is dead I might close early" I nod "Yeah we need to come up with a theme for Friday, Lucy has been in Georges ear about Playboy's and shit" Max visibly shivers "No way bro, could you imagine what that would bring in" I laugh "Exactly, Hey who owns the Beemer at the side?" Max shrugs "No idea but lets hope its some hot chick" stepping behind the bar I let Max go to eat.
Bailey & Paige
We get back into town after six o'clock Paige and I had a great day at the mall, we were talking about Max and Knox's tattoo's, Paige is dying to see them. She confesses to me she always wanted to get her belly button pierced so I suggest we go into Rock Solid Tattoo and Body piercing across from Georges. Paige looks at me "We have a tattoo shop in town?" I laugh, "Yeah just like the mall, it's a well kept secret," I tell her to park where I usually do beside the bar.
We walk into the tattoo shop which I am surprised to see is like a hospital room, all clean and sterile. Paige whispers "I always thought these places were smelly and dirty" I nod at her "Me too" the girl behind the counter is covered in tattoos; she looks good and has a pretty face. "How can I help you ladies" I see Paige starting to freak out "She wants her belly button done" I point at Paige, "Ok the artist is just finishing up so he will be a few minutes" We nod in unison and start looking through all the picture books.
I find a few tattoo's that I like "Maybe I'll get a tattoo here, I always wanted one" I tell Paige, she looks like she is going to be sick "You ok? You look a little green" she grabs my arm "Do it with me Bailey" "Do what?" she chews her lip "Get you're belly done too, please. I don't want to do it alone" laughing I shake my head "You are nuts, why? You will look cute" I tell her as she grabs my shoulders "Please Bailey" rolling my eyes "Fine, I'll do it" she squeals.
The girl behind the counter looks up from her magazine "You might want to pick which type of jewelry you want" she points to the display case. Both Paige and I look inside the case I instantly see a long steel bar with a purple stone set into the bigger side and the lower half is swirled with purple stones set into it. "That one" I say pointing to it, the girl takes it out for me to look at it. Paige is still looking "Pick one, your are going first" I say to her letting her know I will not let her chicken out, She finally picks a steel bar with a white stone and two stars that hang down. "Ooh cute".
We are called into the back room and Paige lays down on the bed, the tattoo guy is cool he explains everything he will do and tells us how to take care of the piercing properly. Paige is shaking; the guy gives her some water and extra stuff to numb her skin. She has a new belly piercing in five minutes and is smiling from ear to ear "Wow that did not hurt" She says looking in the mirror, the guy shakes his head "It will be tender in about an hour so be careful moving around" I slide onto the chair for my turn. When I am done we pay the girl and leave on a high.
"I don't know about you but I need a shot," I say to her, Paige nods in agreement so we walk into Georges. "Hey darlin" Knox says surprised to see me. I wave "Hi babe, how are you?" I say enthusiastically "Can we have a shot of something sweet and sexy" I ask. Knox laughs "I can't give out shots of myself darlin" I smile at him "I know baby but we really need a shot" He gets to work making us a drink. I take out my pain meds the doctor gave me for my head and give one to Paige "Bailey you don't mix alcohol with medication" I nod "I know but you will need it when that stuff wears off, trust me. I didn't get as much as you"
Knox brings over a chocolate drop for us "Here you go ladies" we smile, pop our pills and do the shot. "Yummy Knox, thought you couldn't be a shot" I say winking at him. He comes around the bar giving me a kiss "Thanks babe". Max walks into the bar "Hey Bailey see someone took your parking spot?" he says to me "Oh yeah I let Paige park there today" Max looks at Paige "Nice car" she smiles back at him. "So bro, come up with a theme while I was out?" "Nope you?" Max laughs "No".
Knox tells us of Lucy's idea, both Paige and I start laughing only to stop as quick and wince at each other "Oh crap Bailey, that hurts" I nod biting my lip. Knox and Max are looking at us "Want to share darlin?" Knox asks, I look at Paige and we gingerly slide off the stools, "On three" I say to her "One, two, Three" I say and we both lift up out shirts. Knox and Max look stunned "I need a shot bro" Knox says staring at me. "Wow arlin" he says looking at Paige and me. Max brings over a shot of Jack for each of them.
Paige and I lower our tops a little disappointed, Max waves his hand "No leave them up" both Knox and Max tilt their heads to the side and back again. Knox smiles "You look beautiful darlin" I beam at him. Max winks at Paige "You too Paige" Knox adds. She smiles too.
"So why did you do that?" Max asks us, "You know, nothing else to do on a Sunday" he nods his head smiling at us "Cool". Paige and I slide back onto the stools; Knox sits beside me slipping his arm around my waist. "Hey how about, Super heroes of the movies" I say, Max points at me "Yes, Bailey good call" Knox agrees and they both sigh in relief. By nine o'clock I am tired "Hey Paige I'm going to go get my car and bring it back here, then I'll grab my bags out of yours" she nods "Ok I'll be here".
Knox walks with me across the campus "Did you have fun at the mall?" I smile and nod "Yeah, it was great. Paige is cool" Knox smiles and kisses my hands then holds my hand away from him "Get your nails done darlin?" he asks checking them out "Yes I did good eye" I wiggle my fingers at him. He links his fingers with mine putting our hands into his pocket. He is smiling at me all the way to the car "You ok Knox" he nods holding open the driver door for me.
Slipping behind the wheel I have to open my jeans and turn them down so they won't catch my new bling. I arrive at the bar and park illegally beside Paige's car, Knox runs into the bar to get her keys but Paige comes back out alone opening her car for me. "You ok?" I ask her "Yeah just chatting with Max" I take my bags out of her car putting them in mine. "So are you guys getting along?" she nods "Yeah I like him" she tells me. I hug her "Oh my god, I think we should have a few drinks at my place tomorrow night, you in?" "Yeah I'll be there, let me know if you need me to bring anything" "Ok" I say hugging her, "Night Paige"
She runs into the bar, as I slide into my car Knox pulls around on his bike, I wave and he lets me pull out first. I am so happy about my little bonfire idea for tomorrow, thinking of what to buy to eat and drink, Max and Paige hopefully will hook up, it's exciting. Before I know it I am home. Knox helps me with the bags "Wow Bailey, you really did miss the mall" he laughs at me. "Keep that up and you will not get a fashion show" immediately he stops laughing, following me up to my room. We drop all the bags on to the bed, Knox grabs me into a hug twirling me around "What was that for" I ask him smiling. He just shrugs smiling at me, this morning he was all doom and gloom and giving me a heart attack but now he is really happy and almost giddy.
"Would you like a hot chocolate?" he asks slightly rocking me from side to side "Yes please" I smile at him. He takes the back stairs to the kitchen and I take the front so I can get the mail. I sort through it, most of it is for my dad so I just put it on the pile in his office but one is for me. Walking into the kitchen I open the envelope pulling out the card inside, freezing on the spot staring at it. "Bad news?" Knox asks I look up at him and start laughing holding out the card. He takes it reading out loud "You are invited to join Bradley Mosley and Emily Miler on the evening of October 30th to celebrate their engagement. The event will be held at Grove country club, Dinner is served promptly at eight o'clock" Knox stops reading looking at me.
"You ok darlin?" I nod I am actually happy "Yeah, those two deserve each other. She is a bully and he is a pussy. I hope his parents make her sign a prenup just to fuck with her"
Knox throws the invitation in the trash "I guess we are not going" I smile at him "You guess right baby" jumping onto his waist Knox holds me close "Well look at you" I kiss him long and slow he holds me closer running his fingers through my hair "Ouch" I scream jumping down. Knox freaks out "Shit, I'm sorry I forgot are you ok?" I bend down to clutching my head but I moved too fast hurting my piercing "Jesus Christ" I shout holding my stomach with one hand and my head with the other hopping around in circles.
Knox starts laughing at me, really laughing tears rolling down his face kind of laughing "Oh Bailey, I'm sorry" he says while laughing. I am in agony and he is laughing "You jackass" I throw an orange from the fruit bowl at him. "Hey, darlin calm down. I'll get your meds," he is laughing so hard he falls up the damn stairs. Oh my god this really hurts what the hell was I thinking letting Paige talk me into this?
Knox comes back with my pain meds handing me two he gets me a glass of water, I can see he is trying not to laugh but the water splashing around the glass is a dead giveaway. I take the pills as fast as I can putting the glass in the sink "Holy crap Knox this hurts" he comes over to check my belly bling "It looks ok, darlin but I will put some ointment on it for you" I nod at him biting my lip hard. "Come on we will go to bed" he takes my hand walking towards the stairs on the way up I am wincing and walking like I have a fifty pound weight around my ass, Knox can't help himself and cracks up again, I punch him on the leg "You asshole" I say joking with him.
"Do you want me to run a bath?" he asks trying to keep a straight face, I nod yes. As he runs the bath he is still laughing that asshole. It hurts to take off my top stretching my arms above my head, then having to bend down to take off my jeans is worse, grabbing my phone I text Paige.
Me: Holy shit this hurts! Don't bend over or stretch or move at all!
Paige: OMG!!! I know my belly is killing me, have Ice cube on it
Me: Knox is laughing at me, asshole
Paige: lol Asshole
Me: ok getting into bath, see you tomorrow

Knox comes into the room seeing me naked sitting on the bed texting "Who you texting in the nude?" I look over my phone at him, evil bastard "I'm sexting, my naked self to someone from the bar" He saunters over to me bending down putting one hand on the bed he takes my phone throwing it onto the bed behind me "Let's get you wet" he smirks, scooping me into his arms.
He lowers me into the bath gently "Aren't you joining me?" I ask him "Do you want me to?" looking at him I run a finger down his nose watching the water drops left behind "Only if promise not to laugh anymore" he wipes his nose with his hand then covers his mouth chuckling, I lay back in the bath closing my eyes "Awe babe, it was funny" he says removing his clothes. I open one eye "No you tried to rip my stitches out with your fingers" he lifts me forward so he can get in behind me, I am not cooperating "Bailey scoot up a bit" tilting my head I bat my eyelashes at him, he laughs again putting his hands on my ass he pushes me forward then slides behind me.
"Now that's better," he comments wrapping his arms around me. Leaning back against him I turn my head so he won't touch it again. "So are you going to tell me what happened to your head?" I really don't want to, I know he will flip out I remember one of the first things he said to me was that a man never hits a woman. He kisses my temple and rubbing his cheek on my head "Well?" sighing I give in "You will only get mad, if I tell you and I don't want to fight tonight" I say looking up at him "I promise I will not fight with you" he says kissing me.
"Roger threw me up against the wall" I feel his whole body stiffen, he covers his mouth with his hand for a few minutes then he coughs "Where is he now?" he asks calmly "Gone home" which I am thankful for because I know he would be a dead man if he were here. Knox just nods "Let me see" he turns my head moving my hair. I can feel his fingers gingerly moving around the cut. "I'm sorry darlin, I shouldn't have been a dick last night" turning to him I look into his eyes "Babe, we did this already. I know you are sorry and so am I. Lets forget it and enjoy tonight" he nods but his body is still tense "Knox relax please" I say leaning back against him, he lets out a breath wrapping his arms around me again finally relaxing.
We stay like that until the water gets cold, Knox dries me off with towel then applies some ointment to my piercing covering it with a bandage, He helps me put on a t-shirt for bed. I lay on his chest as rubs circles on my back humming a tune to himself, "Are you ok darlin?" I look up "Could be better" I sigh, Knox looks down at me putting his hands under my arms he pulls me up to his face kissing me, automatically I put my leg over him. He reaches for my head but I pull his hands down "No way" I say kissing him again, I put his hands on my hips instead.
They are not there for long; slowly he slides them under my shirt finding my nipples ready for him.
