½ bunch organic parsley, washed and picked over
½ to ¾ cup frozen blueberries
½″ piece ginger root (cut finely to reduce the “hairs”)
¼″ organic lemon piece, including rind but not seeds
½ cup filtered water
Spin all in a high powered blender such as a Vitamix until smooth and creamy.
Drink for breakfast to get a zing to your day!

2 broccoli florets
½ kale leaf
½ celery stalk
2 small carrots, tops and tails removed
¼ apple, cored
½ cup ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in your Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Add ¼ cup of cold water and secure the 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn the blender on and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 1 minute until smooth. Serve immediately.

4 tomatoes

1 cucumber, peeled if not organic

1 young Thai coconut (reserve water)
1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
2 handfuls wild or organic greens
Drain the coconut water into a Vita-Mix or blender. Crack the coconut in half, scoop out the soft meat, and add it to the Vita-Mix. Add the avocado and the greens, and blend until smooth.
