INGREDIENTS

4 cardamom pods

1 papaya, peeled and seeded

2 ½ cups
Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS

Split the cardamom pods open and scoop the black seeds into the blender. Add the papaya and almond milk, and blend all the ingredients until smooth.

INGREDIENTS

1 raw carrot

8 oz coconut milk

1 oz Xoçai™ Activ™

1 quart cold water

dash cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

One raw coconut with its milk, broken into small pieces. Add cold water and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Place in blender and blend until mixed thoroughly. Pour through fine filter.

Add Xoçai™ Activ™ and mix. Pour into glass and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve cold.

⅔ cup almonds

1 ripe banana

1 ⅓ cups mango slices

1 tablespoon Activ™ Powder

1 ½ cups water

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into the blender and mix thoroughly.

INGREDIENTS

20 Brazil nuts, soaked at least 2 hours

2 Medjool dates or 4 smaller ones

1 banana, peeled

1 inch of vanilla pod

2 to 4 teaspoons raw carob powder

DIRECTIONS

Blend the Brazil nuts and dates with 2 cups of water, and strain. (Use the nut fiber for another recipe.) Return the milk to the blender. Add the banana, vanilla, and carob powder and blend until smooth.

Variation:
For a thicker shake, use a sliced, frozen banana.

This shake is so rich and creamy, you won’t want to share it!
