1 pomegranate
Slice the oranges and pomegranate in half. Use a citrus press or other citrus juicer to juice the fruits. Mix the juices together and enjoy!

5 large green prickly pear cacti
2 medium purple prickly pear cacti or 1 cup black raspberries
1 cup frozen cherimoya, peeled and seeded
Carefully peel and juice the green and purple prickly pears (or berries if no purple prickly pears are available). Blend the prickly pear juice with the frozen cherimoya and serve.

1 lemon (w/ skin)
7 small carrots
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maca (optional)
1 inch piece ginger (optional)
Cut all the ingredients in half and juice. After juicing is finished sprinkle in cinnamon and/or maca into your juice. Enjoy!

Blender; nut milk bag, cheesecloth or fine strainer
2 cups almonds, soaked
6 dates, pits removed
3 cups purified water
3 persimmons, peeled, seeds removed
½ teaspoon each nutmeg, cinnamon
¼ teaspoon each ginger, cardamom
Blend the almonds, dates and water until creamy and smooth (about 2 minutes).
Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine strainer. Apply pressure to squeeze out all the liquid. Save the pulp for another recipe and pour the almond milk back into the blender.
Add the persimmons along with the nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
