3 bananas, peeled
2 pears, peeled
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Superfood
Combine the bananas, pear, and celery in a blender with 1 cup of water and blend for a few seconds. Add the Superfood and blend until smooth.

The celery in this smoothie makes for a healthy rounded taste.

4 pears, cored
4 stalks celery
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Juice the pears and celery. Run the cinnamon through your juicer between ingredients, and stir it in afterward. Serve immediately.

1 head little gem lettuce
2 cups blueberries
Juice all of the ingredients, mix well, and serve immediately.

2 Pakistani or Indian mangoes (other mangoes will do, but you may want to add a couple of dates for sweetness)
water from 1 young coconut
meat from 1 young coconut
1 banana, plus extra slices for garnish
Blend all of the ingredients together. Pour into long glasses and decorate with a slice of banana. If the coconut meat is a bit tough, and you don’t have a high-power blender, omit it.

This drink is great to wake up to. Make it when you know it’s going to be a hot day, take it to the beach or to a lovely green hill, and sip it as the sun comes up.
