1 bunch peppermint

1 bunch spearmint

1 bunch lemon balm

DIRECTIONS

Place all the ingredients in a gallon jar and fill with filtered water. Let it sit in the sun for 8 hours or more until it becomes a rich, golden color.

Contributor’s note:
This is a great drink on a hot summer day. Sun tea is a good substitute for black teas, green teas, and coffee.
