Keep a diary that includes everything you eat and drink to help identify triggers.

EAT/DRINK

Water. Migraines may be caused by simple dehydration. Drink at least eight glasses of water throughout the day to help prevent migraines. If you feel one coming on, then sip a large glass of warm water.
