Have regular reflexology sessions.
Avoid really dry rooms. Get a humidifier if it’s winter and you have the central heating on. Try to keep rooms well
ventilated and windows open to let fresh air circulate.
Learn how to deep-breathe and take up a gentle, breathing type of yoga.
Take regular baths with lavender and frankincense oils. These oils are strengthening to the immune system.
Keep a food diary for a week, noting how you feel after each food or beverage.
Be careful not to eat the same foods every day. Best advice is a four-day rotation.
Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools.
Adding colloidal silver to your nasal spray is also beneficial. You can get colloidal silver in health-food stores.
SORE THROAT
This inflamed feeling and pain in the tonsil area or back of the throat may sometimes be accompanied by a slight fever.
It is possible you may have a streptococcal infection, so don’t wait on this one. Severe sore throats should not be left unchecked, as they can be serious, affecting the heart and triggering rheumatic fever. And you may need antibiotics. So see your GP.

Shouting and overusing the voice.
Chronic stress.
Glandular fever.
