Classic soup and everyone likes it. On side with some grilled cheese, it is a true delight among liquid healthy meals.

 

What you need?

  • 3 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of dried vegetable seasoning mixture
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 can of vegetable broth
  • Mozzarella
  • Toast bread

 

How to make it?

Fry the onions for 10 minutes until it becomes yellowish. Add the onions with garlic, herbs and the rest of the ingredients. Cook for an hour and you have your tasty hot tomato soup! Make grilled cheese sandwiches with mozzarella and toast and enjoy!

What you need?

  • One medium sized cauliflower head
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 cups of white rice (brown also works)
  • 1 tablespoon of finely ground hot red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dry vegetable seasoning mixture
  • 2 cups of frozen sweet corn
  • 1 can of vegetable broth
  • 2 cups of water

 

How to make it?

Simply take care of all the dicing and cutting and put all the ingredients into the slow cooker. Wait for an hour while letting the cooker cook on high temperature for an hour. The soup is delicious when served with Greek yogurt on the top as it’s a bit spicy.
