EAT/DRINK
Unsweetened cranberry juice.
Kidney-building foods. Quinoa, barley, adzuki beans, kidney beans, black beans, mung beans, salmon, trout, water chestnuts, black sesame seeds, walnuts, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, fenugreek, fennel, onions, chives, beets, parsley, celery, blackberries, blueberries, seaweed.
AVOID
Salt and salted processed food.

Take magnesium.
Take the herbal adaptogen Siberian ginseng in liquid or tea form.
EXTRA TIPS
