EXTRA TIPS

Don’t avoid restaurants, but do have the confidence to always ask about food on the menu and whether a dish is gluten free.

Check whether you are sensitive to the wheat husk and not just to the gluten part of the wheat. Some gluten-free foods are not wheat free and you may suffer the same reaction. It is also worth checking if you are lactose intolerant, as this often goes hand in hand with wheat/gluten intolerance.

CELLULITE

A dimpled, chicken-skin appearance on the thighs and buttocks, cellulite is caused by clumps of unmetabolized fat, water, and trapped wastes beneath the skin that push up against surrounding fibrous connective tissue. When these waste materials harden, dimples appear and you get what seem to be clumps of fat under your skin, creating a puckering effect. Once you have it, it is a fight to get rid of it. But what you don’t want to do is add to it.

CAUSES MAY INCLUDE
