Remember to drink up to half a gallon of still, NOT carbonated, water daily.

AVOID

Caffeine and carbonated drinks.

Any foods that contain trans-fatty acids (cakes, cookies) or are overcooked (this destroys vital nutrients).

Red meat and dairy products, as they are known to trigger estrogen excess.

Sugar, saturated fats, and processed refined foods can also upset blood-sugar balance and trigger hormonal imbalance.

Salt.

HERBS AND SUPPLEMENTS

Liquid algae contains phytochemicals and plant pigments that are nourishing to the liver. A strong liver, nutritionally speaking, is a weapon in the war against cellulite.

The herbal supplement gotu kola.

Milk thistle also helps the liver to deal with its toxic load.

Agnus castus in capsule or tincture form to help balance hormone levels.

EXTRA TIPS

Stop smoking (it reduces blood flow to the skin, destroys vitamin C, and is loaded with pollutants).

Avoid exposure to excess sun, pollution, or too much stress.
