CAUSES
Each individual diagnosed with CFS will have a different set of underlying causes. Contributory factors may include:
Compromised immune system.
Poor blood-sugar control.
Viral or bacterial infections such as glandular fever.
Use of antibiotics or other medication.
Food intolerances.
Compromised digestive function; parasites, bacteria, yeasts, digestive enzyme and stomach acid insufficiency, and intestinal permeability may all be part of the picture.
Chronic stress and adrenal fatigue.
Malfunctioning general endocrine (hormonal) system.
Diet low in nutrients and high in toxins.
Chemical and environmental sensitivities.
