Thank you for your prompt reply. Your service is impeccable and will be noted in my folder and shown to others.

Now down to my stay for 9 nights. What about the Play I am in and the practicing of the Andy lines I must repeat in your lobby? Can that be accommodated? Or can you suggest a room I may rent to do this. (this will be for 2 hours. Re: “Is Andy there?”) This is an important production by the noted director of many musicals. That is why we are in Crete.

I look forward to Greece and enjoying my stay at your highly reommnded hotel.

Dear Casa Del Fino Hotel.

Once again i must compliment you on your professionalism and i will note it in my folder to show others. You are an outstanding facility in the customer relations dept. I am impressed. and i wish I could tell EVEN MORE peoples & others about your hotel in Crete. Wonderful!

Now down to my stay for 9 nights May 16 May 23. I need to make clear that my line has been changed to “Is Michael there?” and “May I speak to Michael” (not Andy) Is that OK? Does that make a difference? There may be a Michael there that would be insulted but not an Andy. I am just checking to be civil. I’m really going to have to rehearse now

every day in your lobby as this is sudden.

Please include a Mr. Roy Gum as my co-companion. How do we proceed? I am looking forward to a relaxing stay (other then the Michael lines I need to practice for 3/12 hours straight in your lobby.) The service you give me is impeccable and Highly regarded. I have already recommended your hotel to Michael, who is the new lead in the play. He may take a room too. My sea shuttle number has been changed to 612-D (not B) 17. I have been upgraded to carrier class.

So what is next? I am anxious to finally get these reservations completed. Do you have soup?
